Arc HPLC (Waters) coupled to a 2489 UV/VIS detector (Waters), 2414 RI detectror (Waters), Dawn MALS (Wyatt) and a Viscostar detector Wyatt). The system is running exclusively using DMSO with an addition of LiBr, utilizing two in series Polargel-M 300 x 7.5 mm columns. Samples must be filtered (min 0.45µm) and be fully soluble in DMSO. 

New users must always discuss their samples suitability and combability with the ERP.
